Welcome to Believer’s Blueprint, Architect!  I am excited to have you join in on this transformative journey where faith meets mental health. As we begin to lay our foundation together, my prayer is that you find encouragement, support, and practical tools to add to your toolbox to help you cultivate mental wholeness and spiritual growth in your life.

Mission

Believer's Blueprint was born out of a call to bridge the gap between spirituality and mental health. In faith communities, mental health is often misunderstood or stigmatized, leaving many struggling in silence and not able to grow spiritually.  At Believer’s Blueprint, every architect has a safe space where they can explore their mental health in the light of God’s truth and grow spiritually. 

Building the Foundation

In this blog, you will find a wealth of resources, blueprints as I like to call them, designed to strengthen your walk with the Lord. Our content will cover a variety of topics, all aimed at helping you deepen your relationship with God and live out your faith in practical ways while including mental health when applicable. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
