Zarria Young is a dedicated mental health professional with a profound commitment to bridging the gap between spirituality and mental health. She graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is recently completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, LPC track with an emphasis on Biblical and Chrsitian Counseling at Colorado Christian University.
With extensive experience in the mental health field, Zarria is passionate about addressing and eliminating the stigma associated with mental health issues. Her calling to walk alongside believers and cultivate mental wholeness stems from a deep, faith-driven desire to support individuals in their spiritual and emotional journeys.
In addition to her academic and professional pursuits, Zarria founded Believer's Blueprint, a ministry devoted to providing guidance on various aspects of Christian life and mental health. Through this platform, she offers invaluable insights and support to those seeking to navigate the complexities of mental health while staying true to their faith.
As a published author, Zarria continues to share her knowledge and experiences, aiming to inspire and educate others. Her future aspirations include establishing her own practice or agency, where she can further her mission to integrate faith and mental health, providing holistic care to those in need.

Our Story
Believer’s Blueprint is a ministry founded by Zarria Young. The Lord gave her a vision for a Christian platform that is a safe space for believer’s to walk out their faith and grow in Christ. It’s also a space where wisdom and knowledge can be shared and gained. It’s a learning and growing space.
Believer’s Blueprint was created to give the roadmap to the Christian life. There are four phases to the blueprint: Understanding Your Foundation, Laying Your Foundation, Building Your Foundation, and Restoring/Rebuilding Your Foundation. The theme scripture for the platform is 1 Corinthians 3:10-11 MSG “Using the gift God gave me as a good architect, I designed blueprints; Apollos is putting up the walls. Let each carpenter who comes on the job take care to build on the foundation! Remember, there is only one foundation, the one already laid: Jesus Christ.”
As Zarria began to understand her identity and calling, Believer’s Blueprint is now also dedicated to bridging the gap between spirituality and mental health. This initiative seeks to address and reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues within Christian communities and individuals, promoting a holistic approach to mental well-being that incorporates both spiritual and psychological principles.
The ministry offers guidance on a variety of topics relevant to Christian life and mental health. By integrating biblical teachings into “blueprints”. Believer’s Blueprint aims to support believers in their journey towards mental wholeness and growth in their spiritual walk.
Believer’s Blueprint is particularly focused on walking alongside believers in their mental health journey and faith walk. The ministry’s work is grounded in the belief that mental health and spirituality are deeply interconnected, and that addressing one without the other can lead to struggles in their walk and spiritual growth.
Believer’s Blueprint equips believers with the tools for their toolbox and knowledge needed to navigate mental health challenges and faith challenges while maintaining a strong spiritual foundation. This ministry reflects Zarria Young’s calling to merge her faith with her professional expertise in mental health counseling, offering a unique and compassionate approach to mental wholeness and spiritual growth.
To date, Believer’s Blueprint has seen God move in a mighty way. The ministry has had a major impact on people daily. The ministry has seen salvations, miracles, rededications, testimonies, and more.
